WAR by: Sick puppies

This was an easy song to pick considering that its titled war, and its about fighting and to never give up in the fight. also in the beginning it says should of stood up when u had the time, so that also means be brave, and fight before its over and time runs out, and u didnt contribute to the war.

america is going to war is a song popular during world war 1....over there was also a popular song in the world war 2 era. where do we go from here is also a sure bet, along with have come to say goodbye, and oh moon of the summer night, tell my mother her boys alright, and when yankee doodle learns to parlez vous francias, i dont know where im going but im on my way, till we meet again, thats what the red white and blue mean to every heart in the u.s.a,

siegfried sasoon poem " how to Die" ( i couldnt paste it idk y)

this poem was very visual to me, i could picture the soldier himself laying on the battlefield, waiting for deaths blanket to cover him. the poem itself was well written and somehow beautiful even though its about a dying soldier. i enjoyed reading this epic poem, it was deep, and made me cry a little.

sassoon actually joined the military and fought in world war 1, his father was jewish, his mother anglo catholic.
